Mom's Fabric Stash
Wednesday, August 5, 2009 at 2:57PM This past weekend, I went to visit my mom. She had recently acquired lots and lots of fabric from a friend, so she told me that I could do some free fabric shopping from her stash. I had no idea, though, that I would be leaving with a giant canvas bag full of material. I thought "lots and lots" was an exaggeration. No. It was not.
Here are the best of the best from what I brought home. Look how neatly stacked and folded they are! It was a shame to have to wash them and ruin the organizational beauty of it all.
I already have a plan for these Gingham prints. Love them so much!
And I'm a huge fan of polka dots and stripes, so these were great to beef up my collection.
It's a little hard to tell, but those owl fabrics are navy blue and purple. I like them a lot.
Now, the question remains: Where the hell am I going to put these? Not that would stop me from taking them, of course. It's just that I just tidied the fabric shelves up. See?

Umm, how's your Mom's eyesight? I was hoping to swing by and see her, bring a coffee cake, pretend I was you, score some fabric...
LOL!
Nice haul!
