Wow! Chocolate caramel crackers.

This stuff is so good! Chocolaty, salty, buttery delicousness.

Made with matzos, caramel, chocolate, and almonds from Smitten Kitchen.

And the best part: see how the caramel soaked through? Wow. Wow. I can't believe how good they are. I better enjoy this now because it can not happen again for about 3 months.

You see, after I posted those pictures of the wedding dress, I was feeling great... until I decided to try it on again. It's probably been about six months or so since I last tried it on in the store. And you know what? It's too tight and I freaked out! So now, it's straight healthy eating from here on out. That is, after these crackers are gone, of course. One final treat. I couldn't have picked a better one.

Wow--those contain everything good: salty+sweet, crunchy+melty...I will be trying these out as soon as I have a good justification!
