Hi!

I'm Kim. I live in Brooklyn, NY. I work in TV during the day and sew in my free time. I grew up watching my mom craft, sew, knit, and paint anything and everything under the sun. Sewing was the one thing that I picked up from her long list of talents (My sister chose knitting and my brother chose wood carving).

I started out making quilts partly because I love the fact that you can wrap yourself up in something you've created. Now I have moved on to scarves, coffee sleeves, bags, and other items. I love beautiful new fabric, but I also love to reuse fabric from old clothes, bedding, etc. It makes me happy to think that they are getting a new life.
